The course provided invaluable insights about on what NOT to say when we follow up with prospects showing in the same time the best ways to approach them and how to handle them in different situations. Loved the scripts shared that can be used in different instances and fine-tuned for each situation plus they can be easily applied to any industry. Lots of AHA moments, very easy to follow and very clearly explained. LOVED IT!

My biggest AHA moment was how I unconsciously trigger rejections with phrases I use when following up. Such as "Just wanted to touch base/check in/follow up". Now, I feel much more confident, professional and set apart when I follow up with my leads. I believe these strategies can also be applied to when I follow up with prospects who I haven't talked to yet, but have sent emails/application forms talking about their problem so I know a bit about their dreams and pain points so I can move forward the sale. Leading with value/content is such a good mindset shift. Definitely will be working on my content and resources intentionally with this new knowledge.

It's actionable secrets that you could implement and produce a great follow-up system. I already used some of it and it affected even some of our earlier steps, like we now ask for specific things in the qualify call to make following up easier.
